Because customers receive access to digital content immediately or shortly after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Digital Products Covered
This policy applies to paid digital products sold through YourSecondAct.ai, including:
- Your Second Act™ The Guide
- Your Second Act™ 30-Day Implementation System
- digital bundles;
- downloadable resources;
- digital courses or programs;
- templates; and
- other electronically delivered products.
No Refunds for Digital Products
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges because:
- you changed your mind;
- you decided not to use the product;
- you did not complete the material;
- you no longer have time to use the product;
- you purchased the wrong product;
- you expected a different business or financial outcome;
- you later decided the product was not appropriate for your needs; or
- you experience a technical issue with your own device, software, internet connection, or PDF reader.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Technical Problems
If you successfully purchase a product but cannot access or download it because of a technical problem with our delivery system, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- restore your access;
- provide a replacement download link; or
- deliver the purchased digital file through another reasonable method.
Technical support or replacement access does not create a right to a refund.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us at [email protected].
Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
Purchasing a Your Second Act™ product does not guarantee:

- employment;
- career advancement; or

Dissatisfaction with a business, financial, or career result is not grounds for a refund.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, remedy for defective digital content, or another consumer protection, we will comply with that requirement.
